1 – DO YOU PROVIDE ANY PEDIATRIC SPECIALIZED HEALTHCARE SERVICES?

Yes, The French Clinic Goal is to provide:

• Pediatric General Medicine,

• Pediatric Specialized Medicine.

Up to date, we have two physicians providing:

• High end Pediatric General Medicine

• Pediatric Respiratory Medicine. This covers Asthma and Allergy Diseases,

• New Born and Neonatal Care

• Pediatric Neurology

2 – DO YOU PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SERVICES ONLY FOR CHILDREN OR YOU ALSO PROVIDE ADULTS HEALTHCARE SERVICES?

The French Clinic has an Adult – Internal Medicine Physician who provides General Medicine and Internal Medicine Services for Adults. If any requirement for Adults Specialized services, he will refer the patient to a specialist physician.

3 – DO YOU PROVIDE VACCINATIONS IN THE CLINIC?

Yes the Clinic provides Vaccinations for Children as well as for Adults.

Certain vaccines require boosters on certain anniversary dates. The French Clinic Nursing staff will contact you on the anniversary date for the booster to remind you the importance of having the booster.

4 – WHAT IS THE INTEREST OF BEING INSTALLED IN DUBAI HEALTHCARE CITY?

There are many interests to look for HealthCare Services in Dubai HealthCare City:

a. Medical Advantages:

HealthCare Professionals in Dubai HealthCare City are licensed by the Centre for Planning & Quality (CPQ) (http://cpq.dhcc.ae/default.aspx) in Cooperation with Harvard Medical School. The HealthCare Professional should demonstrate best degrees in his specialties as well credentials in the best HealthCare Institutions in the world. HealthCare Professionals follow continuous training to keep up to date in Medical Science.

HealthCare Facilities and equipments are set within the highest standards in the world. They are audited regularly by CPQ Management to verify the good respect of these standards.

HealthCare Procedures are set to respect the highest standards. These procedures as well as the training of the staff are audited regularly by CPQ Management to verify the good respect of these standards.

b. Convenience:

Dubai HealthCare City is a dedicated HealthCare Community. All HealthCare services (Labs, Radiology, other Complementary Medical Specialties …) are generally available (or shortly available) on the same site (www.dhcc.ae).

Patient who requires complementary HealthCare Services can access to them on the same site with the guarantee of the same high level of Quality.

There available in Patient HealthCare Services on site. Two Hospitals (City Hospital and University Hospital) will be shortly operational. Also the major other Hospitals of Dubai are at less than one kilometer from DHCC:

• American Hospital,

• Rashid Hospital,

• Mediclinic Hospital

c. Geographic Advantage:

Dubai HealthCare City is located in a central location serving ideally patients who can access easily from Sheikh Zayed Road, Bur Dubai, Deira and northern emirates.

Its location behind Wafi City, in front of the French School (Lycée Georges Pompidou) and Canadian Hospital make its access easy from Sheikh Zayed Road, Garhoud Bridge or Floating Bridge.

5 – HOW EASY IS THE PARKING AT THE CLINIC?

The Building (Al Razi) of the Clinic is equipped with two stories underground parking presenting a huge space of paid parking area giving direct access to all Health Care Facilities of the Building.

Also, there is available external municipality paid parking area outside the building.

Parking at the Clinic is very easy.

7 – ARE YOU ACCEPTING ANY MEDICAL INSURANCE IN THE CLINIC?

Yes all insured patients are welcome at The French Clinic.

We have currently a direct billing agreement with Axa Insurance for Star card holder.

Other insurance networks patients can pay the treatments and be reimbursed from their networks.

We are currently with Insurance Networks to add them progressively for direct billing scheme.

8 – DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIFIC CORPORATE HEALTHCARE SERVICES?

Yes, we provide different HealthCare Services for Companies:

• Executive Health Check Up,

• Staff Health Check Up,

Any specific requirements for companies are welcome. We can propose tailor maid solutions.
