  • We recommend connecting a few minutes in advance

For your security:

  • please do not share your access link
  • ensure you are in a private and appropriate environment

📌 Clinical consultations are conducted only through approved secure platforms.
Messaging applications are not used for medical consultations.

  1. Appointments & Booking

We aim to make booking your appointment simple, clear, and convenient.

  • Appointment requests are confirmed once you receive confirmation from The French Clinic
  • Please ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance.

If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to provide consent for their care in accordance with applicable regulations.

To ensure fair access to care for all patients:

  • repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may impact future booking priority or availability

Insurance

We recommend that you:

  • check your insurance coverage in advance
  • obtain any required approvals

Any services not covered by your insurance remain the patient’s responsibility.

We offer telehealth consultations through secure, encrypted, and DHA-compliant platforms, allowing you to access healthcare remotely.

Telehealth consultations may include:

However, telehealth may not be suitable for all medical conditions.

  • Telehealth is not intended for emergency or life-threatening situations
  • In such cases, you must immediately call 998 or attend the nearest healthcare facility

During telehealth consultations:

  • your doctor will assess whether remote care is appropriate and safe
  • you may be advised to attend the clinic for an in-person consultation when necessary

You may also be asked to:
